Please note, that this brooch features the Sterling Silver plated clasp that was used by Erstwilder for several years. Due to the Sterling Silver plating, these clasps TARNISH. Please be sure to clean your claps prior to wearing. I will use a silver cloth to clean clasp prior to sending, but due to the plating, it will continue to tarnish in the box. You may like to consider adding a layer of clear nail polish to your clasp if it is going to be in storage for long periods of time.
