Brushing away dirt from their latest discovery, Dr. Fossil will be the first to tell you, palaeontology requires patience above all else. Also, the bird feathers don’t hurt.

Please consider requesting additional insurance if your order exceeds $100.  Parcels sent without additional insurance are only covered for $100 for loss or damage in transit.  Any claims must be made directly with Australia Post.

Wildbrooches does not issue refunds for change of mind.  In the rare instance of a faulty item slipping through we will do our best to repair or replace the item once you have returned the item.  You must return the item to us to inspect – if it is deemed faulty, return postage will be reimbursed and the item repaired, replaced or refunded.
